Tech Guardian LLC Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tech Guardian LLC website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Tech Guardian LLC provides mobile electronic repair services. Our services include, but are not limited to, phone repairs, game console repairs, laptop repairs, and more. Specific services and pricing are detailed on our website.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair. We accept [Cash, Debit or Credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Invoice Payment].
4. Liability Limitation
Tech Guardian LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KS, and MO.
6. Changes to Terms
Tech Guardian LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing correct device passcodes and backing up all data before service. Deposits are non-refundable if work begins or parts are ordered.
8. Data & Privacy
We collect your contact info, device identifiers (e.g., IMEI), and payment details for service use only. Your data is protected and never sold or shared.
9. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on parts and labor we supply. Warranty does not cover: liquid damage, physical damage post-repair, third-party parts, or issues that cannot be verified due to refusal of passcodes.
10. Abandonment Policy
Devices left 30 days after completion with 4+ failed contact attempts are considered abandoned and may be recycled or repurposed.
11. Lost/Stolen Devices
We check all devices against national databases. Service is denied for any flagged, blacklisted, or stolen items.
12. Cancellations & No-Shows
24-hour notice required. Late cancellations may incur part return fees. No-shows may result in full or partial charge.
13. Declined Repair Policy
If a repair is declined after diagnostic work has been completed, a labor and diagnostic fee of 15% of the quoted repair total will apply to cover time and expertise used to assess the issue and prepare the solution.
14. Liability
Tech Guardian is not liable for data loss, pre-existing damage, or issues caused by third-party software or hardware failure. We are not responsible for signal/carrier issues post-repair.
15. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be resolved through direct contact first. If needed, binding arbitration under Missouri/Kansas law will be used.
16. Agreement
By signing a service form or submitting a repair authorization, you confirm agreement to the terms listed above.
